Cancellation & Refund Policy for PharmaGuru
- Live Online Training Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
- Pre-Recorded Courses / Digital Products
- Once purchased, digital products (like recorded courses, eBooks, downloadable content) cannot be canceled or refunded, as access is granted immediately.
- Webinars / Events
- Event registrations may be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after this period.
Refund Policy
- All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the refund does not appear in your account after this time, please contact your payment provider or email us at admin@pharmaguru.co.
